  • PMA 265
   

Prometheus provides PMA-265 with domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems engineering, program and financial management, and special projects support for the F/A-18 acquisition program during all phases of acquisition; concept development, E&MD, production and fleet support.  Prometheus evaluates plans for production and configuration management and provides management of technical program reviews and configuration control of technical directives for all products within PMA-265.

Prometheus provides analysis of proposed costs, estimates, and program budget to determine program affordability; program life-cycle studies related to aircraft sub-systems; cost/benefit analyses for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and provides analyses in FMS program matters such as case origination, administration and closure.
     
  • PMA 271
    Prometheus is under subcontract to EMA , to provide a full range of support services to assist in concept development and requirements analysis by the application of national security, defense and public policy in the forms of substantive research and analysis, technical/policy advice and assistance.
     
  • AIR7.8-10.0 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)
    Under task order, Prometheus provides analytical services to assess NMCI requirements and current order status for the NAWCAD comptroller. Prometheus is developing a comprehensive cost model that incorporates recommended seat buys and NMCI NET/EITSMS data to support variance analysis of the two positions. The scope of this engagement is to develop the cost model, analyze the NMCI order position, deliver reports and continue to refine model. Additional areas to be investigated will be identified but are not included in this effort. Entry of NMCI order modifications is not provided under this task order.
     
  • NAVICP (FMS Closeout)
    As subcontractor to Lockheed Martin, Prometheus provides security cooperation, security assistance and foreign military sales technical and program/project management support services to NAVICP OF and applicable customers of NAVICP in areas such as: project management, financial and logistical analysis and management, international training and education, special programs, and information technology services and consulting, cooperative programs, protection of key technologies, facilitating release authority for transferable technologies, and the management of foreign military sales, leases, grants of defense articles and services.
     
  • NSETS II
    Prometheus is a member on Team Sycamore NSETS II contract.  This contract vehicle is an IDIQ MAC for professional services including Business and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Services, Engineering Services, Information Technology Services, Operations Support Services, and Training Services.
